Springstof produced this video about the Public Space Design team for the municipal work organization HLTsamen. This team had been looking for a new team manager for some time, but could not easily find one. So Springstof was brought in to develop a concept for a recruitment video and then produce it.
To make the video as authentic as possible, we chose to let the team members speak for themselves. And to show the beautiful scenery of the 3 municipalities, for which the team is responsible. The video generated a lot of reactions and dozens of candidates for the position.
