For the municipal work organisation HLTsamen (Hillegom, Lisse & Teylingen), Springstof developed a video strategy to recruit new employee’s for their park-services.
In a series of 5 video’s, we showed the high level of diversity there is when working for the park-services. And how much fun and passion existing members of the services have in carrying out their job.
The video’s where distributed via multiple channels, including local Television Stations TV West and Omroep Bollenstreek. But also via advertising campaigns on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
Thanks to this combined distribution strategy, the video’s where able to reach a broad audience: more than 100.000 people where reached on TV and more than 30.000 views where gained on the internet.
This resulted in the park-services receiving more than 150 applications for the job offers. Which ment that the vacancies where filled within no-time.
